Each of the seven books in the series chronicles one year in Harry’s adventures at Hogwarts and his battle against Lord Voldemort. Harry makes two marvelous best friends named Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. He studies topics like Transfiguration and Potions under wise headmaster Albus Dumbledore and the malevolent Severus Snape. He becomes expert at a game called Quidditch; encounters incredible creatures like phoenixes and dragons; and discovers an entire Wizarding universe hidden just out of sight, as prone to the darker aspects of human experience as our own, but brightened by a quirky original magic. {scholastic}

Everybody knows by now how Harry Potter ends, everybody knows that the books and movies have come to an end, but is it really the end of the story; does everything really end in an almost upbeat fashion? Isn’t that a little silly for a franchise has earned billions in the 10 odd years that it has been part of the world’s culture? There has to be more to the story.

What can Harry and his friends and foes get up to next?

It's a page turner!

The Book of Tomorrow is a novel by P.S. I Love You author Cecelia Ahern. It starts out as the usual rich-girl faced with unforeseen circumstances (father commits suicide, lost all their riches), moves with her mother to the middle of nowhere, dependent on the goodwill of family and then she finds a diary that tells her all about tomorrow. Of course the diary is in her handwriting and she goes through the whole “it’s impossible” denial phase until she experiences exactly what the diary predicted the following day. In the end she buries her diary, not needing its predictive powers after the story ends in a happily ever after.

Most of the book is fairly predictable though there are one or two twists that make this easy to read book worth the while.

So, what happens next?
